With our propolis sets you receive a bottle of our propolis drops and a jar of propolis ointment in a practical set at a special price. So you can do something good for your body and still save!

Our propolis ointment is precisely tailored to the needs of particularly stressed skin, it cares for and protects your stressed and irritated skin areas in a natural way.

In this ointment, we use propolis tincture in a highly concentrated manner, so that we arrive at a pure propolis content of over 5%. Beeswax works as a barrier that helps the skin protect itself while also reducing dryness and giving consistency. This makes for a smooth ointment that is easy to apply and gently absorbed. This allows the active ingredients of the ointment to penetrate deep into the skin and help the cells to regenerate efficiently.

Our propolis drops are gently made from three natural ingredients: propolis, alcohol and water. The right combination of these three raw materials results in a natural remedy for use as a dietary supplement.

The optimal proportion of propolis for food supplements is 20%, which is why we designed our recipe accordingly. The propolis we use also comes from 100% European origin and we do not import from China.

WITHOUT synthetic fragrances, colors and preservatives. Without silicones, paraffins and mineral oil-based raw materials.
Purely natural content, vegetarian and without animal testing.

PROPOLIS DROPS

RECOMMENDED: 2 drops twice a day

Tip: Put on a teaspoon of sugar or a piece of bread.

Content in 30 drops = propolis extract 830 mg

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

CONTENT: 20ml in a glass bottle with a practical drop valve, protected by a folding box

STORAGE + SHELF LIFE: Store at room temperature, in a dry place, always closed and out of the reach of children. You can find the best-before date on the bottom of the folding box.

Stain hazard: You know propolis? Then you will also know about the properties of the resinous bee product: It sticks and leaves stains wherever it goes. It flocculates in water and leaves a film in the glass or on the spoon. This is completely natural and shows good propolis. We therefore recommend using an old glass or cleaning the glass with alcohol afterwards (propolis is alcohol-soluble)

PROPOLIS Ointment

HOW TO USE: If necessary, apply several times a day to the affected skin area and massage in gently.

CONTENT: 60ml in a glass jar, protected by a folding box

Is the ointment anhydrous?

Yes, our ointment is actually an oleogel. An oleogel is a care product made on the basis of lipids (fats), which is thickened in its consistency like a gel and is anhydrous. In contrast to emulsions, skin moisture increases slowly when oleogels are used. In contrast to emulsions, no water is supplied from the outside and the increase in skin moisture can only take place from inside the skin. The lipids in oleogels support this process by reducing transepidermal water loss. In addition, natural, moisture-binding substances can also be integrated into oleogels. The high fat content of the products results in an optimal reduction in skin roughness and our active ingredients can ideally develop their effect.

DOES THE PROPOLIS Ointment FIT MY SKIN TYPE?

The propolis ointment is suitable for all skin types. Since it is naturally very rich, we do not recommend using it on whole parts of the body, but only on particularly stressed areas of the skin.

When is the best time to use the propolis ointment?

Our skin is put to the test every day: summer heat, heating air, harmful environmental influences, injuries or heavy loads. Often our skin punishes us with, for example rough Elbows or dry skin. Our propolis ointment is ideal for these particularly stressed areas of the skin and helps Skin, yourself to regenerate.

Can I also use the ointment on wounds or rashes?

Our PureBee Propolis ointment is a cosmetic product and not a medical product. The ointment has no medical approval and has not undergone any medical approval tests. Therefore we cannot and do not want to make any statements about the effect of the ointment on wounds or pathological skin changes.

HOW MUCH PROPOLIS IS IN THE Ointment?

Our propolis ointment has a propolis content of over 5%.

WHY DOES THE Ointment CONTAIN SO MUCH ALCOHOL?

Unfortunately, propolis is naturally not soluble in water or fat. In order to be able to use it in our cosmetics, it has to be dissolved in alcohol beforehand. We sometimes hear from customers: "Why do all of your products contain alcohol?" and that is exactly the reason. There is no such thing as propolis without alcohol. Since the propolis ointment is not used on whole parts of the body such as the face, the high alcohol content is in no way harmful or drying out on the skin and is compensated in our formula by the nourishing properties of other ingredients. In addition, alcohol is of vegetable origin, which is very important to us.

From time to time you can also find "alcohol-free" propolis tinctures online. Unfortunately, this is only half the truth. While the product does not contain the drinking alcohol (ethanol) known to us, in most cases propylene glycol, a polyhydric alcohol, is the main ingredient. This is made synthetically and as for the skin questionable classified. Therefore we prefer to stick to the classic propolis tincture with real alcohol, which grandmother already used :-)

What does the ointment smell like?

Pleasant scents are something really great! They give us a feeling of well-being, freshness and purity. At PureBee, we do not use artificial perfumes or fragrances in any of our products; when we smell, then only with essential oils or natural aromas. Since our propolis ointment is intended for particularly stressed skin areas, we do not add any fragrances to it. But what do they smell like then? You could say "neutral", where we would always put it in quotation marks. They just smell of the individual ingredients and everyone interprets this smell a little differently. We primarily smell the propolis in our propolis ointment, someone else may recognize the beeswax or jojoba oil.
