We send all packages within Germany with DHL. Letters and small parcels abroad are sent with Deutsche Post. We also work with UPS and DPD for express shipments abroad.

We are always happy to receive feedback - the good, the neutral and especially the bad feedback (which we hope will not occur) are welcome - we are always looking for ways to improve and to find solutions if something goes wrong.

If you have already opened our products and are not happy with a product, please contact us at and tell us briefly why you are not happy! We reserve the right to ask a few more questions. You can return unopened products at any time within 14 days and we will find a solution for products that have already been opened and that you are not satisfied with!


Complete your order

We try to send your orders as quickly as possible, in some cases the packages are packed just a few minutes after the order is received. However, this also means that we cannot make any changes once the order has been packed. Please check your data and items carefully before you submit the order.



If your product is defective or damaged and you need an exchange, then please contact us at We will then be happy to find a free solution to the problem. As all of our products are handmade with natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, smell or consistency. We produce in small batches and each batch is unique - the slight fluctuations between the different batches are not defects but rather a sign of our very high product quality. If you independently return defective / damaged items without prior agreement, you will unfortunately have to bear the return costs yourself.

Shipping rate

For insured shipping and packaging, we charge a flat rate of € 4,90 to Germany. For small items up to 50g, we offer uninsured mail for € 2,99, so you can order up to 4 lip balm sticks, for example. Our mini-jars are unfortunately too tall and heavy for this shipment and have to be sent by parcel. For orders over € 39, we offer free, insured standard shipping to Germany.

From an order value of 99€ we deliver free of charge to the countries of the EU and Switzerland. From an order value of 59€ we deliver free of charge to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Note: For deliveries to Switzerland, the Swiss authorities may charge additional customs fees and the Swiss VAT. For more detailed information, please contact Swiss customs. The same applies to all shipments outside the EU.

Our bees work diligently to make sure all your favorite products are always in stock. In the event that a product you have ordered is no longer in stock and can not be delivered in a timely manner, we will send you the rest of the shipment and inform you that one of your products was out of stock. We will deliver the missing product to you as soon as possible.
